Success of a team is a sum of sweat, laughter, and tears.
My reflection on working with teams over the years:
Sweat. We challenged project deadlines which seem to be impossible. We worked numerous hours and weekends to ensure employees’ pay being taken care of.
Laughter. We laughed a lot to keep our spirit high. We celebrated after we delivered challenging projects.
Tears. We felt safe to show our vulnerability within the team.
