Norris has well rounded Human Capital acumen and deep expertise in Total Rewards Management ranging from strategy development, program design to deployment.   She has over 20 years of work experience with multinational companies in Asia and United Kingdom to support client’s people strategy.

 

Norris has wide international sector experience in hospitality, banking, financial services, oil and gas, and retail.  She worked in multinational companies such as State Street Bank & Trust Company, AIA Group Limited, Prudential Corporation Asia and BP Plc.

 

Norris is also an IAC Certified Coach.  She supports individuals who want to build their strengths and work on their development needs.

Norris holds a MBA degree and is a certified Global Remuneration Professional with the WorldatWork Organization, USA.  She is an authorised instructor of the IC Agile Community and a certified IC Agile Professional in Agile Human Resources.

 

She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
