A kind heart to be kind to myself and others
A smile to delight whoever I meet
A clear mind to help me deal with whatever happens to me on a day
A book to help me learn
A paper phone book to remind me to connect with whom I miss and care. Smartphone is good but I won’t have access when the battery is flat.
