Don't Let People Define Who You Are

People sometimes told me what they think of me as a person or as a Human Resources strategist. I take their feedback and do my self-reflection.

“Am I or am I not like that?"

I remind myself not to set my identity purely based on other people’s expectation. That’s too much distraction of being authentic.

Do you let people define who you are?

Believe in yourself.

You define your own identity.
