Some people set big goals in the new year. That’s absolutely fine.
If you feel too hard to think of a big goal, ask yourself a simple question each day, each week or each month.
“What do I want to get better than yesterday?"
Start with a simple question.
Repeat the question.
Keep answering the question and build self-confidence.
You’ll set your big goals very soon.
